La Vierge Collection Jezebelle Chardonnay

The Jezebelle Chardonnay from La Vierge has a profile based on where the vines are planted – specifically in Shale and Clay-based soils. This gives the wine a pop and palate feel of clay and aromatic lime, white floral and stone fruit, as well as a mineral hint on the nose. You can drink this wine today or give it some time to age for an even greater experience. This wine pairs extremely well with seafood and white meat.

The Jezebelle is produced from shy-bearing vineyards situated on Babylon Farm in the Ward of Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge located in Walker Bay, South Africa. It’s a perfect embodiment of the region’s unique soil and maritime conditions above the hills above Hermanus. Jezebelle Chardonnay is released a year after vintage and serves as the ideal example of Western Cape Chardonnay.
